#DOswts396 Sketch Inspiration Hop

Welcome back to The Handcrafting Hideaway! Today I bring you another blog hop from DO Stamping with the Stars (DOswts)!

Today we have another Sketch Inspiration Hop, which means we use the layout sketch pictured below as inspiration to make our card.

Here in Minnesota we woke up to a blanket of mid October snow yesterday! While I’m not ready for snow just yet, it put me in the mood to create a winter themed card.

For this card, I used the Joyful Flurry Bundle and the Lights Aglow Specialty Designer Series Paper. I just love the gold accents of this paper and die cut some snowflakes in gold to help accentuate the lovely DSP.

You can never have too much glitter, so I just had to add some Wink of Stella to the black frame. The Open Weave Ribbon helps finish off the frame. This is one of my favorite winter cards!
